Mr. Reisz focuses his practice in the area of Professional Liability Defense for real estate professionals, accountants and business managers, lawyers, architects, engineers, general contractors, and various MPL disciplines. In addition, he serves as coordinating counsel to Japanese companies and insurers in the areas of products liability and coverage litigation. He has served as first chair counsel in bench and jury trials in the Los Angeles Superior Court and has argued before the California Court of Appeal and the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Reisz received mediation training from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at the Pepperdine University School of Law and is a member of the Los Angeles Superior Court ADR Civil Mediation Panel.

Mr. Reisz graduated in May 1986 from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology, received his Juris Doctorate degree in May 1989 from the Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California, and was admitted to the California Bar in December 1989.

Ms. Siderman has an extensive background in the areas of architects/engineers and attorney malpractice, construction defect, products liability, general civil litigation and real estate. Lori graduated in 1991 with honors from University of California, Santa Barbara with a B.A. in Sociology and Communication Studies; received a J.D. in 1994 from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law; and was admitted to the California Bar in 1994 and the Nevada Bar in 2000.

Graduated in 2001 from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.A. in Legal Studies; received a J.D. in 2005 from Southwestern University Law School; was admitted to the California Bar in December 2005. Mr. Eisenberg is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Central District of California and is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and Association of Southern California Defense Counsel. Prior to working for Meyers McConnell Reisz Siderman, Mr. Eisenberg interned at the Los Angeles City Attorney Office, Civil Division.

Mr. Eisenberg has extensive experience in litigating high value complex products and premises liability, multi-party construction defect, real estate and general business matters. Mr. Eisenberg’s clients include both domestic and international product manufacturers and construction contractors and design professionals. He also has experience in general civil and family law and judgment enforcement.

Mr. Eisenberg also provides legal consultation and risk analysis services to product manufacturers/distributors regarding warranties and warnings as well as risk-management consultation to premises owners and managers.

Mr. Eisenberg has lectured various insurers regarding new developments/requirements of the Medicare Secondary Payer Statute.

Mr. Eisenberg is also an certified advanced PADI diver.

Mr. Schneider’s practice focuses on real estate litigation, products liability defense, professional liability defense, and general and complex civil litigation. In addition, Mr. Schneider has developed a specialization in coordinating and overseeing product liability litigation throughout the United States and Canada for Japanese insurance companies and their insureds.

Ryan graduated in 1997 from the University of Southern California with a B.A. in Political Science (Dean’s List); received a J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2003; and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2004. During law school, Mr. Schneider was the full-time law clerk for The Honorable David S. Wesley, Presiding Judge of the Los Angeles Superior Court – Criminal Division (retired). He also received the American Jurisprudence Award for Appellate Advocacy.

Mr. Brown practices in both California and Nevada in the areas of construction defect, professional liability, premises liability, products liability, complex civil litigation and other areas of commercial litigation.

Russell graduated in 1993 from the University of Florida with a B.A. in Criminal Justice with honors; received a J.D. from California Western School of Law in 1997; was a member of the Gafford Trial Team and a Western Regional Finalist in the A.T.L.A. trial competition; was admitted to California, Florida and New Jersey Bars in 1998 and Nevada in 2009.

Mr. Robinson has broad experience in the areas of general and complex civil litigation, insurance coverage, insurance bad faith claims, wrongful death actions, construction defect, premises liability and products liability.

Kenton graduated in 1987 from the George Washington University with a B.A. in Political Science; received a J.D. in 1990 from Southwestern University Law School; and was admitted to the California Bar in 1991, the Washington, D.C. Bar in 1993, the Colorado Bar in 1999 and the Alaska Bar in 2004.

Mr. Kershaw practices in the areas of general civil litigation, construction defect litigation, real estate litigation, professional liability, premises liability and business litigation.

Seth graduated in 2003 from the University of Utah, cum laude, with a B.A. in Finance and a minor in French; received a J.D. from George Mason University School of Law in 2007; and was admitted to the Nevada Bar in 2007 and the California Bar in 2009.

Ms. Balady was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She has experience in civil litigation for both plaintiff and defense with extensive knowledge in all areas of personal injury law. Ms. Balady also has experience in professional liability defense, including medical malpractice and legal malpractice claims. Ms. Balady currently handles general liability defense claims.

Ms. Balady graduated in 2012 from the University of Southern California with a B.A. in Communication. Thereafter, she earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California. Ms. Balady has been practicing law in California at the state and federal levels since 2017.

Joseph Kang is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles (B.A.) and the Dickinson School of Law, Pennsylvania State University, Carlisle, Pennsylvania (J.D.)

Mr. Kang has focused his practice on general liability, premises liability, contracts, employment litigation, and commercial litigation. His wide range of clients include individuals, employers, non-profit entities, corporations, restaurants, contractors, rental car companies, grocery chain stores, and pharmaceutical corporations.

Mr. Kang has first chaired many successful trials to verdict.

Mr. Kang is also licensed to practice law in the U.S. District Central District of California. He was licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and The District of Columbia, Court of Appeals. Mr. Kang is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association, the Korean-American Bar Association, and the Korean-American Chamber of Commerce.

Early in his career, Mr. Kang was a bodily injury field adjuster for a national insurance carrier. He then served as the Dean of Academics and the Legal Program Director for the ABA approved paralegal program in Southern California.

Mr. Clinite was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He has broad experience in bodily injury litigation, premises liability litigation, business litigation, and entertainment law.

Mr. Clinite graduated in 2017 from the University of Southern California, magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He received his J.D. in 2020 from Loyola Law School and was admitted to the California Bar in 2021.

Mr. DeBiaso is a versatile practitioner who has conducted all aspects of civil litigation, including many Superior Court jury and court trials. He has extensive experience in Business and Commercial Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, Automobile and Premises Liability, Trucking and Common Carrier Liability and Employment Litigation.

Mr. DeBiaso received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia in 1971. He received a Juris Doctorate cum laude degree from Western State University, College of Law in Fullerton, California in 1981 and was admitted to the California Bar and the U.S. District Court, Central District of California, in 1981.

Mr. Dallas is a fifth generation Bay Area native, with broad experience in employment and business litigation. He currently practices in the areas of professional liability and products liability defense.

Mr. Dallas graduated in 2000 from San Francisco State University, cum laude, with a B.A. in Journalism and a minor in Philosophy. He received his J.D. from UC Hastings College of the Law and was admitted to the California Bar in 2007.

Mr. Tran was born and raised in Southern California. He has experience in lender liability litigation, real estate litigation, replevin actions, judgment collection and workers’ compensation defense.

Mr. Tran graduated in 2017 from California State University, San Macros with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Literature & Writing Studies. He received his J.D. in 2021 from Western State College of Law and was admitted to the California Bar in 2021.

Mr. Long was born and raised in East Tennessee. He has a diverse background of work experience, including estate planning, personal injury, and mediation.

Mr. Long graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. He received his J.D. in 2024 from Pepperdine School of Law and was admitted to the California Bar in 2024.

Zach Law is an attorney with a focus on personal injury and civil litigation. Known for his personal approach and sharp attention to detail, he works closely with clients to build a relationship that allows him to better understand their individual needs.

Before entering private practice, Mr. Law gained hands-on litigation experience through an internship with the Veterans Legal Institute where he was able to work closely with the veteran community and serve those in need with legal services.

Mr. Law graduated with a JD from Chapman University Fowler School of Law in 2022. He has experience handling a range of matters including personal injury, construction defect, real estate transaction disputes, and trust and estate litigation. He graduated from the University of Utah in 2018 with a BA in film.

Outside of work, he loves to participate in sports leagues, including beach flag football, basketball, and softball. He also enjoys trivia nights, travel, and a quiet moment with a new book and an iced coffee.

Ms. Sullivan was born and raised in southern New Jersey. She brings a diverse background in both plaintiff and defense civil litigation, with experience in personal injury, employment, and labor law.

She graduated summa cum laude from East Carolina University with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Ms. Sullivan earned her JD from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2024 and was admitted to the California Bar that same year.

Mr. Wheeler was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee. He brings a well-rounded background in both civil litigation and transactional law, with experience spanning the entertainment, employment, and labor sectors.

He graduated cum laude from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Law. He earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in 2023 and was admitted to the California Bar that same year.

Mr. Bowers was born and raised in San Diego, California. He has diverse experience in bodily injury litigation, business litigation, corporate litigation, and entertainment law.

Mr. Bowers graduated in 2018 from the University of California, Irvine, with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. He received his Juris Doctor in 2022 from California Western School of Law and was admitted to the California Bar in 2023.

Mr. John “Jay” McConnell is a founding shareholder of the firm. Mr. McConnell has extensive experience in litigation of products liability cases; architects/engineers, attorney and insurance agents/brokers malpractice defense; environmental/ latent injury coverage issues; construction litigation; and the defense of municipalities, police officers and general liability matters.

Jay graduated cum laude in 1971 from the University of Southern California with a B.A. in History; received a J.D. in June 1974 from California Western School of Law, California Western Law Review; University of Southern California School of Law (third year); was admitted to the California Bar and Federal Bar in November 1974.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

Ms. Sabasta received her AA Degree in Paralegal Studies in 2007 and has over 15 years’ experience as a Litigation Paralegal. She has worked in many areas of law, including complex and high exposure civil litigation, landlord/tenant disputes, post judgment collections, estate planning, family family, administrative law and bankruptcy. She has a diverse professional background that includes 20 years in business operations, database conversions, document automation, graphic design, sales and marketing.

Ms. Farrington has a paralegal certificate from the University of California, Los Angeles and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California, Riverside. She has 5 years of experience as a paralegal and legal secretary and has worked in both plaintiff and defense civil litigation.
